By using GolfCad ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
The service
GolfCad is a golf rangefinder, scoring, and handicap tracking app. It is provided as-is, for personal use, by the GolfCad team ("we", "us").
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. Do not share accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the API.
Accuracy
- Distances shown by the rangefinder are approximate and should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.
- Handicap calculations follow the World Handicap System rules but are unofficial — the App is not affiliated with or endorsed by any golf governing body.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, inaccurate distances, or service interruptions.
Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from the server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
